What you will get with File Search?
- A PDF document listing down the basic details of the case (case number, plaintiff & defendant names with identification number, court name, filing date, filing document name, filing date and filing party for each document,)
- An enclosure folder containing all the downloadable documents which have been filed by each party through the Malaysia Court e-Filing portal in respect of a particular lawsuit. Each document will be numbered to their respective enclosure number.
- A Google Drive link will be emailed to your registered email account within 1-2 business days.

Notes
- Minutes of proceedings are not included in the file search request.
- All documents received will be based on documents made available at the e-Filing portal as at the time of search. If you wish to purchase any cause papers post-search date, similar charges will apply.
- Almost all documents filed to court will be in our Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) language.
